Return Policy for POS Equipment

1. General Return Conditions

  • All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be in new or like-new condition, with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be free of any physical damage, cosmetic wear, or signs of use.
  • Any software included with the POS equipment must be unopened and unused.
  • Items that were sold as part of a bundle must be returned as a complete bundle.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
  • Opened software, consumables, and items that show signs of use.

4. Return Process

  • Contact our Customer Service team at 786-483-0691 or sales@telutron.com to initiate a return.
  • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service.
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all manuals and accessories.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

5. Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a Telutron LLC error or a defective product.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Exchanges will be processed based on product availability. If the requested item is not available, a refund will be issued.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
